Bestway Electric Motor Service repairs and rebuilds electric motors and industrial pumps in Tucson, and sends its own technicians out when the equipment cannot leave the plant. Every route below ends at the same shop on Campbell Avenue, so the crane capacity, the ovens and the test stand are the same whichever door the job came in through.
Bay one
Electric Motor Repair
Single source AC and DC repair, up to fifteen tons on the crane. A motor is stripped, rewound and rebuilt to EASA Standard AR100-2015, then test run at no load to four thousand one hundred and sixty volts with bearing temperatures and balance readings written down before it ships.
Bay two
Industrial Pump Repair
Well pumps and booster pumps rebuilt, machined and reinstalled, with laser alignment and vibration analysis so the fix holds after it goes back in the ground. Twenty four hour emergency response for industrial and mining customers across Arizona.

Field Services
When the motor or pump cannot leave the plant, the shop goes to it. Flatbed and boom trucks, lift and booster station work, field balancing, laser alignment and thermal imaging with a written report, plus VFD installation and programming on the direct line at (520) 402-3097.

A drive-through bay, a fifteen tonne crane, a bake oven and a burnout oven sized to match, and an isolated testing area on a six by twelve foot bedplate. Everything above is repaired on this floor.
