Well pumps and booster pumps rarely fail for a single reason
A well pump that quits is usually a sand-cut impeller, a worn bowl assembly, or a motor that's been fighting a bound shaft long enough to burn. A booster pump loses pressure a different way: worn wear rings, a cavitating impeller, or a mechanical seal that let go slowly enough that nobody noticed until the discharge gauge told them. Bestway sees both sides of a pump this way, motor and hydraulic end, because the two rarely fail independently of each other on a unit that's been run hard.
Troubleshooting starts the same way it does on a motor: pull the pump, read what actually wore and what actually burned, and don't quote a rebuild off a description called in from the field. Removal and reinstallation are part of the job, not a separate line item billed to someone else.

Once a pump is on the bench in Tucson, Bestway has the machining and testing capability to take it the rest of the way itself: bores turned true, shafts machined back to tolerance, new bearings and seals fitted, and the whole assembly dynamically balanced before it goes back together. The shop's 15 tonne crane sets the ceiling on what comes through the door, and the same crane that handles a rewound stator handles a pump casing.
Reinstallation is the part a lot of shops skip and Bestway doesn't. A pump that's perfect on the bench and set crooked in the field is a pump that's back on the bench in six months, so the same technicians who rebuilt it see it seated and running before they call the job done.

Laser alignment and vibration analysis: alignment is the repair
A pump can be rebuilt correctly and still fail early if the pump and motor shafts aren't sitting true to each other, because misalignment shows up as vibration, and vibration is what tears up a bearing or a seal that was otherwise good. Bestway aligns with a laser rather than a straightedge and feeler gauge, because the tolerances that matter on a running pump are smaller than what a straightedge can catch.
Vibration analysis is run both to confirm an alignment and to catch a problem before it becomes a failure, on a schedule rather than only after something's already loud. On a well or booster pump, alignment isn't a step after the repair. It's the repair.
